Statman's 2004 Playoff Pool
Deadline is April 8/04
Official Rules And Regulations: Please read carefully!
Pick 1 player from each of the boxes listed 1-20 on the entry form.
There are no trades, you dance with the bums you picked!
Each skater will receive 1- point for a power play goal, 2-points for an even strength goal, 3-points for a shorthanded goal & 1-point for each assist.
The team with the most points at the end of the playoff season wins. In the event of a tie the teams will spit the money. EG.( if there are two teams tied for first they will split 1st and 2nd place prize money between them and the teams below them move down one slot. So if you were in second all by yourself and there were two teams tied for first you would receive 3rd place money!! In the event the playoff season is postponed or forfeited and cannot be completed the leaders at the time will be awarded accordingly. Not likely to happen but I better put it here just in case.
Keep up to date on your team (s) by using hockeydraft.ca. Id & Password will be "statman" as usual. If any discrepancy should arise as to how many points a player has NHL.com will be my official source for statistics.
The cost to enter the pool will be $20.00 (Canadian) $15.00(American) per entry as usual and must be paid by check or money order. Please make sure you have the funds in your account. I still get the odd bounced check from time to time.I run a totally legitimate hockey pool and therefore will not be accepting credit card entries! Sorry for any inconvenience.
Make check or money order payable to:
639 - 6th St. S.E.
Redcliff, Alberta ,Canada
Participants will have until April 8,2003 to send in their entries. Entry forms & entry fees must post marked no later than the date of above!!! All late entries will be returned to sender!!! .Once your entry form & entry fee has been received you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your team has been accepted into the pool. Prize money will be emailed once I have all the teams finalized. This usually takes at least a week depending on how many entries I receive. Usually around 200 so prize money is usually pretty good. In the past few years top 10 teams receive money.
